These terms govern your use of the health.tvshuru.com website (the "Site"), operated by Tangible Spin LLP ("TVshuru Health", "we"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. The TVshuru Health platform itself is provided to hospitals and health systems under a separate written services agreement and Business Associate Agreement; those documents — not these website terms — govern platform use.
1. Informational purpose
The Site provides general information about TVshuru Health and about interactive patient care. Content on the Site, including blog articles and specialty pages, is for information and education only. It is not medical advice and must not be used to diagnose or treat any condition. Always rely on qualified clinicians and your organization's protocols.
2. Not a medical device; not a nurse call system
TVshuru Health is a patient-engagement platform. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for a certified nurse call system, clinical monitoring, or professional judgement. Clinical emergencies must always use certified clinical systems.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to breach security, disrupt the service, scrape at abusive volumes, misrepresent your identity, or use the Site unlawfully. The demo form is for genuine business enquiries.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, design, and trademarks (including "TVshuru Health") are owned by Tangible Spin LLP or its licensors. You may read and share links to the Site, and reference our cited sources, but you may not copy or reuse our content as your own without permission. Third-party studies we cite belong to their respective publishers; images are provided by their creators via Unsplash and Pexels under those services' licenses.

The Site links to external sources (for example, journals and public-health agencies). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
