Response expectations
For contracted hospitals, TVshuru Health provides support under the service levels in your agreement. As a general guide, we aim to acknowledge urgent, patient-facing issues quickly and to respond to standard requests within one business day. Named escalation contacts are established during onboarding.
Common questions
Is TVshuru Health a nurse call system?
No. TVshuru Health handles non-urgent requests and routes them to the right team. Clinical emergencies always use your certified nurse call system. TVshuru Health is a patient-engagement platform, not a medical device.
Do patients need an account or app?
No. The experience runs on the bedside screen and is personalized from your admissions data. Patients can optionally hand a private task to their own phone via a QR code — nothing to download.
What happens to a patient's data at discharge?
Personalized content and any patient inputs are cleared from the room between admissions so the next patient starts fresh. See Data & Security.
Which devices does it run on?
Hospital-grade smart TVs, Android TV devices, and many existing bedside terminals. We confirm compatibility during the pilot.
How is it deployed?
We work with your clinical and IT teams to map content, integrate with your systems, and roll out ward by ward.
