These terms govern your use of the health.tvshuru.com website (the "Site"), operated by Tangible Spin LLP ("TVshuru Health"). By using the Site you agree to them. The TVshuru Health platform is provided to hospitals under a separate written services agreement and Business Associate Agreement, which — not these website terms — govern platform use.

## 1. Informational purpose

Site content, including blog articles and specialty pages, is for information and education only. It is **not medical advice** and must not be used to diagnose or treat any condition.

## 2. Not a medical device; not a nurse call system

TVshuru Health is a patient-engagement platform. It is not a medical device and not a substitute for a certified nurse call system, clinical monitoring, or professional judgement. Clinical emergencies must always use certified clinical systems.

## 3. Acceptable use

No attempting to breach security, disrupt the service, scrape at abusive volumes, misrepresent identity, or use the Site unlawfully. The demo form is for genuine business enquiries.

## 4. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, design, and trademarks (including "TVshuru Health") belong to Tangible Spin LLP or its licensors. You may read and link to the Site and reference our cited sources, but not copy our content as your own. Cited studies belong to their publishers; images come from their creators via Unsplash and Pexels under those services' licenses.

We link to external sources (journals, public-health agencies) we do not control and are not responsible for.
