TVshuru Health is deployed and supported as a managed service for hospitals and health systems.

## Response expectations

For contracted hospitals, TVshuru Health provides support under the service levels in your agreement. As a general guide, we acknowledge urgent, patient-facing issues quickly and respond to standard requests within one business day. Named escalation contacts are established during onboarding.

## Common questions

- **Is TVshuru Health a nurse call system?** No. TVshuru Health handles non-urgent requests; clinical emergencies always use your certified nurse call system. It is a patient-engagement platform, not a medical device.
- **Do patients need an account or app?** No. The experience runs on the bedside screen, personalized from admissions data; private tasks can hand off to the patient's own phone by QR.
- **What happens to a patient's data at discharge?** Personalized content and inputs are cleared from the room between admissions. See [Data & Security](data-security.md).
- **Which devices does it run on?** Hospital-grade smart TVs, Android TV devices, and many existing bedside terminals.
- **How is it deployed?** We work with your clinical and IT teams to map content, integrate systems, and roll out ward by ward.
