TVshuru Health turns the bedside television into an interactive patient engagement platform — meals, non-urgent requests, prescribed education, entertainment, relaxation, and family video calls — so patients feel in control and nurses spend more time on care. No app to download.

## What TVshuru Health does at the bedside

- **Comfort & control.** Patients manage meals, comfort requests, what they watch, and what is happening today — a proven lever for reducing stress and improving the patient experience.
- **Fewer non-clinical calls.** Most call-light presses are for non-urgent needs; TVshuru Health routes them to the right team so the call button stays reserved for care that needs a nurse.
- **Family, always in the loop.** Patients video call family from the bed and hand private tasks off to their own phone by QR.

## How it works

1. **The room greets the patient.** On admission, the bedside screen shows a calm, personalized home with the patient's name, room, care team, and today's actions.
2. **They browse with the remote.** Large, high-contrast tiles: order a meal, ask for help, watch prescribed education, relax, or call family — usable from the bed, by older patients, or with the lights down.
3. **Requests reach the right team.** Non-urgent requests route to housekeeping, dietary, or the nurse station — not the call light. Private tasks hand off to the phone. Everything clears at discharge.
